Cinderpath Gizlilik Politikası
Kısaca: Cinderpath'te hesap yok. Oyun kaydın yalnızca telefonunda durur ve bize hiçbir veri gönderilmez. Uygulamada Google'ın reklam kütüphanesi bulunur; reklam gösterildiğinde Google bazı cihaz verilerini kendi politikasına göre işleyebilir.
1. Telefonunda saklananlar
Oyunu oynayabilmen için şu bilgiler yalnızca telefonunda, uygulamanın kendi alanında saklanır:
- oyun kaydın (kademe, altın, eşyalar, kahramanının adı ve benzeri),
- ayarların (dil, ses, titreşim, hareket, bildirim tercihi),
- bildirimlerin günlük sınırını tutmak için gönderilen bildirimlerin saatleri.
Ana ekran widget'ı da bu kaydı telefonunda okur. Bu bilgiler bize ya da başka bir sunucuya gönderilmez.
2. Bize gönderilen veriler
Hiçbiri. Cinderpath'te hesap açma ya da giriş yapma yok. Uygulamada kullanım istatistiği (analitik) ya da çökme raporu toplayan bir araç yok. GWR Labs'in senin hakkında tuttuğu bir kayıt yok.
3. Bildirimler
Bildirimler varsayılan olarak kapalıdır. Açarsan uygulama bildirimleri telefonunda önceden planlar ve zamanı gelince telefonun kendisi gösterir. Bunun için bir sunucu kullanılmaz ve bildirim jetonu (push token) alınmaz. Bildirimleri Ayarlar sekmesinden ya da telefonunun ayarlarından kapatabilirsin.
4. Reklamlar (Google AdMob)
Uygulamada Google'ın reklam kütüphanesi (Google Mobile Ads SDK) bulunur. Reklam gösterildiğinde Google; reklam kimliği, IP adresi, cihaz modeli ve işletim sistemi gibi bilgileri toplayıp işleyebilir. Bu veriler Google'a gider, bize gelmez.
Cinderpath yalnızca kişiselleştirilmemiş reklam ister, yani reklamlar ilgi alanlarına göre seçilmez. Google bu durumda da verileri reklam sıklığını sınırlamak, sahteciliği önlemek ve reklam ölçümü için kullanabilir. Ayrıntılar için:
Reklam kimliğini telefonunun ayarlarından (Google → Reklamlar) sıfırlayabilir ya da silebilirsin.
5. Uygulama içi satın alma
Uygulama içi satın alma sunulduğunda ödeme Google Play üzerinden yapılır. Kart ve ödeme bilgilerini Google işler; bu bilgiler bize ulaşmaz.
6. Çevrimiçi lonca
Oyundaki çevrimiçi lonca özelliği şu an kapalıdır. Açılırsa bu politika, hangi verinin nereye gönderildiğini yazacak şekilde güncellenir.
7. Çocuklar
Cinderpath 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir. Çocuklardan bilerek veri toplamayız; zaten kimseden veri toplamıyoruz.
8. Verilerini silmek
Oyun kaydın yalnızca telefonunda olduğu için onu sen silersin: uygulamayı kaldırman ya da telefonunun ayarlarından Uygulamalar → Cinderpath → Depolama → Verileri temizle demen yeterli. Sunucularımızda senden kalan bir veri yok, bu yüzden bizden ayrıca silme istemen gerekmez. Google'ın tuttuğu reklam verileri için yukarıdaki Google bağlantılarını kullanabilirsin.
9. Hakların (KVKK ve GDPR)
6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ve Avrupa Birliği Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR), kişisel verin hakkında bilgi isteme, düzeltilmesini ve silinmesini isteme gibi haklar tanır. GWR Labs senin hakkında kişisel veri tutmadığı için bu konuda verebileceğimiz bilgi, bu sayfada yazanlardan ibarettir. Soruların için bize yazabilirsin.
10. Değişiklikler
Uygulamaya veri gönderen yeni bir özellik eklenirse bu sayfayı güncelleriz ve yürürlük tarihini değiştiririz.

Cinderpath Privacy Policy
In short: Cinderpath has no accounts. Your save stays on your phone and nothing is sent to us. The app includes Google's ads library; when an ad is shown, Google may process some device data under its own policy.
1. What is stored on your phone
To let you play, the following is stored only on your phone, in the app's own storage:
- your save (stage, gold, items, your hero's name and so on),
- your settings (language, sound, vibration, motion, notifications),
- the times of sent notifications, used to keep the daily notification limit.
The home screen widget reads the same save on your phone. None of this is sent to us or to any other server.
2. What is sent to us
Nothing. Cinderpath has no sign-up or login. The app contains no analytics and no crash reporting. GWR Labs keeps no record about you.
3. Notifications
Notifications are off by default. If you turn them on, the app schedules them on your phone in advance and your phone shows them when the time comes. No server is involved and no push token is requested. You can turn notifications off in the Settings tab or in your phone's settings.
4. Ads (Google AdMob)
The app includes Google's ads library (Google Mobile Ads SDK). When an ad is shown, Google may collect and process information such as your advertising ID, IP address, device model and operating system. This data goes to Google, not to us.
Cinderpath requests non-personalized ads only, so ads are not chosen based on your interests. Google may still use the data for frequency capping, fraud prevention and ad measurement. Details:
You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings (Google → Ads).
5. In-app purchases
When in-app purchases are offered, payment goes through Google Play. Google handles your card and payment details; they never reach us.
6. Online guild
The game's online guild feature is currently turned off. If it is turned on, this policy will be updated to say what data is sent and where.
7. Children
Cinderpath is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children, and we do not collect data from anyone.
8. Deleting your data
Your save exists only on your phone, so you are the one who deletes it: uninstall the app, or go to Settings → Apps → Cinderpath → Storage → Clear data on your phone. We hold no data about you on any server, so there is nothing to ask us to delete. For advertising data held by Google, use the Google links above.
9. Your rights (GDPR and KVKK)
The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) give you rights such as asking what personal data is held about you and asking for it to be corrected or deleted. GWR Labs holds no personal data about you, so everything we can tell you is on this page. You are welcome to write to us with questions.
10. Changes
If we add a feature that sends data from the app, we will update this page and its effective date.
